I can't thank Dr. Wong enough for his exceptional care! I had a dental emergency and was in significant pain on a Friday evening. Despite having commitments elsewhere, Dr. Wong stayed back after hours to see me. His dedication to his patients truly sets him apart. During the procedure to pull my tooth, he was professional, gentle, and had a fantastic bedside manner. He took the time to explain everything and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. I felt reassured in his capable hands. If you're looking for a compassionate and skilled dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Wong. I truly appreciate his willingness to go above and beyond for his patients!

As someone who had some traumatic childhood dental experiences I really appreciate the professionalism, gentleness, care and understanding of the whole team there. I have finally found a fabulous dentist in Dr Francis Wong who fully explains everything and takes time to put you at ease whilst still doing an amazing job! NEVER going anywhere else! Fully recommend this practise and Dr Wong to any dental phobic people like me 🙏🏼❤️

Dr Francis Wong was fantastic. He took my call on his day off and managed to squeeze me in for an emergency appointment after I chipped my front tooth. Staff are welcoming and friendly. Very happy with Kent Town Dental.

Throughout my life, I’ve had various experiences with dentists. Due to my genetics, I have fillings in almost every tooth by the age of 30. However, this clinic truly surprised me! Dr. Nhan Nguyen is an exceptional dentist and a genuinely kind person. She made me feel safe, heard, and cared for at every step of the process. Her gentle touch and genuine warmth really set her apart. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking not just a highly skilled professional, but also someone who truly cares at the same time.

Dr Francis Wong is incredibly kind, patient and attentive. He takes the time to clearly explain all treatment options and walks you through each step of the process, so you always know what to expect. I could not have asked for a better first visit, and I will definitely be coming back!

My boys and I have never been big fan of going to the dentist. Thats before we met Dr Francis Wong. He has this knack of making us feels comfortable, explaining it in an easy to understand manner and pretty good with the boys. Totally the best dentist we’ve visited so far. It helps enormously that he shares the same hobby as us too.

Couldn’t be happier — would recommend Kent Town Dental to anyone ☺️! I came in a month ago and had my teeth fixed by Dr. Wong and his assistants: Matthew and another lovely lady (I forgot her name). Amazing team together. The receptionist, Julie, and another kind lady with black hair and glasses were also so friendly and helpful. Dr. Wong gave me a quote to see how much would be covered by my insurance and created the best treatment plan for me to start with. He carefully explained every detail before and after my wisdom teeth removal procedure. Very reliable, especially for dental phobic patient. The best dental experience so far.
